glut

It seems to always be either feast or famine...

I was genuinely running out of games to play for a while there. Dwarf Fortress was keeping me happy for quite some time, but anything gets boring after a while.

And now... More games than I can shake a very large stick at. And less time to play them.

So, I've re-subscribed to EVE. I'm not doing much in there... Training some skills and running some missions. I'm not interested in joining a player corporation right now. Don't know what I'll do in there ultimately.

I've also been playing some Supreme Commander 2. It isn't outstanding, but it's a fun little RTS.

Then there's the most recent update to Dwarf Fortress - .31.10 Toady finally got archers working again. I started a new fortress but I just haven't really done much with it.

I just re-discovered MechWarrior 4, and the MekTek goodies. I had a lot of fun with that game last night and I can't wait to play more. It is great fun running around in a giant BattleMech, stomping things flat, blowing up buildings...

And Valve just released Alien Swarm. It's a simple little top-down shooter... But I always enjoyed co-op gameplay, and I'm a sucker for anything that feels like Aliens.

I've also got Metro 2033 and Chaos Rising from the THQ Complete Pack I bought a little while ago...

And, on top of all that, things are crazy busy at work.
